Azizi to deliver $489m Al Furjan projects in 2018
Azizi Developments, one of the fastest growing developers in the UAE, said it has seven projects, worth a combined Dh1.8 billion ($489 million), at its Al Furjan community lined up for delivery ahead of schedule this year, mainly in the first and second quarters.
As part of group chairman’s vision to deliver projects ahead of schedule, the construction of the seven projects is ongoing round the clock.
Roy Mediterranean and Montrell are set to be delivered in February, while the other projects to be handed over this year include Plaza, Azizi Star, Samia, Farishta and Shaista in the second quarter.
The projects will add more than 2,000 quality homes to Al Furjan community comprising spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and commercial area, while maintaining the use of superior quality materials, sourced from Europe and renowned local UAE companies such as RAK Ceramics, which are used across all Azizi Developments’ projects.
CEO Farhad Azizi said: “Construction is a crucial part of our business and we remain committed to building and delivering homes to our customers on time. Azizi Developments was one of the first developers to start building in Al Furjan community back in 2013.”
“Since then, Al Furjan has emerged as a premier residential real estate destination in Dubai, offering a unique and comfortable community lifestyle to residents who would like to be located close to what is fast becoming a new hub in Dubai,” he stated.
Al Furjan is one of Dubai’s fastest growing residential neighbourhoods, with easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone, the Expo 2020 site, schools, shopping mall and community centre
