At Building Souq, we value your trust and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to assist you with a return or exchange — provided the request meets our policy guidelines below.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety, hygiene, or quality control reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

Used or Installed Items

Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.

Once installation has started, the product is deemed accepted by the customer.

Damaged Due to Misuse

Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or improper installation, even if within warranty.

Hygiene & Personal Use Products

Items such as bedding, towels, pillows, mattresses, bath products, or any hygiene-related goods once opened or removed from packaging.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Products that are customized, cut to size, or made to specific order (e.g., tiles cut to measurement, custom furniture, or color-selected finishes).

Display or Clearance Items

Items sold under “display, as-is, or clearance” categories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components.

The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Inspection & Approval:
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Building Souq’s Quality Team. Products not meeting the above criteria will be declined. -
Restocking Fee:
A restocking or handling charge may apply depending on product category and condition.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide Details:
Include your invoice number, product details, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if defective or damaged). -
Pack Securely:
Items must be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Building Souq is not liable for items damaged due to poor repackaging. -
Approval & Collection:
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or return drop-off at the nearest Building Souq collection point.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of approval via bank transfer or cheque only.

Delivery, installation, or handling fees are non-refundable.

Cash refunds are not available.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it within 2 calendar days of delivery along with clear photos or videos.

Claims made after this period or post-installation cannot be accepted.

Approved claims may result in replacement, repair, or credit note, at Building Souq’s discretion.
Final Note
Building Souq reserves the right to inspect, approve, or reject any return request based on product condition and company policy.
